About Healthy
Surfaces

Healthy Surfaces distributes Dyphox in Ireland. Read our story here.

Our story

Healthy Surfaces helps businesses keep their staff and visitors safe as part of RV International. In 2005, RV International launched as a specialist print management company. With over 17 years of experience, we have worked with businesses in almost every sector, including education, travel, and the government.

Over time, we evolved and started to produce printed products that were treated with an antimicrobial coating called Lock 3. This self-sanitising solution kills bacteria upon contact, meaning physical leaflets, cards and flyers can be shared without any risk of passing on germs.

Everything changed

During the COVID-19 pandemic, demand for antimicrobial-treated printed products skyrocketed. Our Healthy Desk Pads had previously been bestsellers in the education sector, and schools began reaching out for advice on reducing the risk of germs being spread via frequently touched surfaces. This was a challenge we took in our stride.

We found our solution in the technology used to
make Lock 3 resistant to germs — Dyphox.

Dyphox® are antimicrobial coating manufacturers, with the only antimicrobial surface coating technology that has been successfully tested in a field study.

With Dyphox’s world-first solution, we believed we could do more. That’s why we now work with businesses across Ireland to treat their surfaces with Dyphox’s coating solution. Dyphox can be applied to almost any surface that a company’s staff or visitors frequently touch to reduce the risk of transmission of illness, killing all forms of bacteria and viruses with 99.99% efficacy.

Today, we are partnered with Dyphox as the Irish distributor of
their antimicrobial coating solution.

Our vision for the future

We’re dedicated to keeping surfaces healthy and preventing the spread of illness. This combined with our commitment to maintaining strong and long-term relationships with our clients is why we are many customers’ supplier of choice.

We are excited by the opportunity to help more businesses, from hospitals to schools, take measures to create healthy environments for everyone to work, play and live in.

Quote from Rory

Everyone at Healthy Surfaces is excited to introduce Dyphox to the Irish market. This product will revolutionise how we tackle the spread of infection, which has affected every one of us over the past few years.

We’ve all heard the advice on avoiding infection, from washing our hands with warm water to sneezing into our elbows. While individuals should take precautions, there’s an easier way to prevent the spread of germs. Surfaces people repeatedly touch, like doorhandles and equipment, become hot spots for germ transmission. Frequently touched surfaces can be found in places of work, schools and medical facilities, putting those susceptible to illness at higher risk of infection. So, why not stop infection in its tracks by making it impossible for germs to settle on these surfaces?

We’re grateful you took the time to visit our website. Let’s break the chain of infection together.
